A pair of  early Dior earrings by Mitchel Maer from between 1952-1956.  His collections for Dior were very technically advanced and were often inspired by a Victorian aesthetic. 

Clip on earrings with Stunning amethyst and blue topaz colour  crystals set in gold plate base metal.

They measure 2.5cm high by 4.5cm wide.
